With over 12 years of experience, Nicole has honed her skills in various environments, including early intervention programs, public and private school systems, private practices, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient rehabilitation hospitals. This diverse background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and needs of various individuals.

As the founder and owner of Rooted Integrative Speech Therapy Center, PLLC, Nicole is committed to providing personalized and compassionate care. When her own children were born with a tongue and lip tie, resulting in early feeding difficulties and compromised airway health, Nicole embarked on a quest to find effective, holistic solutions.
